Our involvement with care of surgical patients begins as soon as decision to operate is made; the patients may have concurrent medical conditions like diabetes mellitus, hypertension, asthma, cardiac conditions or renal failure; these patients require additional preparation before surgery. We manage them in collaboration with other specialists and ensure that they are able to tolerate their operations. We design our anesthesia technique to ensure a comfortable and pain free operation for every patient.
