An essential component of our mission is to train anaesthesiologist for the future. The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan recognises the department for FCPS Anaesthesiology. This training is embedded in our everyday work in such a way that every patient man-aged becomes a learning experience that helps the fledgling anaesthesiologist become a more skilled practitioner.
Every consultant in the Kaul Associates team is responsible for all work pertaining to anaesthesia during his/her shift. Those responsibilities include preoperative assessment, conduct of anaesthesia and postoperative care. Supervising the residents and teaching them is an integral part of the consultant's responsibilities; the residents work under direct supervision of the consultants on duty who closely supervise their work. Consultants can refer to “responsibilities as consultant” that are enlisted in the appendix.
