In September 1994 Dr (late) Professor Sajid Usman Kaul, Professor Shahida Khawaja and Professor Khalid Bashir formed and ‘Anaesthesia Associates’, it was renamed ‘Kaul Associates’ in 2009 after the sad demise of Professor Sajid Usman Kaul.
The mission of Kaul Associates is:
To provide high quality peri-operative care to patients undergoing surgery, effectively manage critically ill patients in the intensive care units and provide relief to patients suffering from all kinds of painful conditions
To train aspiring physicians to become competent Anaesthesiologists, Intensivists and pain clinicians through a structured training programme recognised by the competent authorities
Endeavour to develop specialties of Anaesthesia, Pain Medicine an Intensive care at local and national levels
