To provide high quality care to our patients before, during and after surgery;

To train aspiring physicians to become competent Anaesthesiologists;
Critical Care Physicians and Pain Clinicians through a structured training
programme leading to licensing as specialists.
Contribute to the progress the specialties of Anaesthesia, Pain Medicine and
Intensive Care through creation and dissemination of knowledge.
