A separate profile of each resident is maintained by the HR department. The profile covers different activities of the residents which includes their Dialled In sessions attendance, rotations in different hospitals and many other aspects.
Every 6 months, a schedule is maintained for One-on-One sessions of Trainees with their respective Supervisors. In the meet up, all monthly reports of 6 preceding months, the competency chart as well as the resident’s profile are observed by the Supervisor. And after a meaningful discussion, a Supervisor’s report is filled by the Supervisor which reflects their recommendation for a particular resident for the next 6 months before his/her next session with the supervisor.
